You will operate in a busy call center, prioritize member needs, coordinate with physicians and nurses, and ensure accurate demographics and records. This on-call role requires English communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualificações

• One year of customer service experience in a service-related industry, preferably healthcare.
• Must communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Must obtain passing score on Customer Care Simulation assessment.
• Proofreading Assessment for non KP employees.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incoming calls in a high-volume call center.
• Determine appointment type and schedule with appropriate providers.
• Compose messages for physicians and nurses based on member requests.
• Assist with eligibility referrals and updating member information.
