Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process calls, routing to correct departments.
• Use KARE, MIPS, ADT and Master Directory to locate numbers.
• Maintain staff on-call schedules and replacements.
• Prepare on-call lists and coordinate replacements.
• Participate in quality review and training of new staff.
• Troubleshoot minor phone system or computer problems.
