Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is seeking a Guestroom Attendant (On Call) to deliver outstanding service, maintain pristine guest rooms, and support a luxury guest experience in a Forbes 5 Star property.

You will work with a collaborative housekeeping team, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to an environment that values excellence, integrity, and guest satisfaction. The role reports to the Housekeeping Management Team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer service mindset and professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Clean guest rooms and suites following Four Seasons standards.
• Adhere to safety, fire regulations and department policies.
• Utilize Rex – HotSOS for assignments and updates.
• Complete housekeeping tasks as assigned by management.
• Restock amenities and prepare rooms for turndown and check-out.
