Qualifikationen

• 4 years management in Rooms Division, 2 years in Housekeeping/Laundry; Local 6 Union experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers; experience with hotSOS, REX, ADP and Birchstreet preferred.
• Able to schedule staff and complete payroll reports within budgeted guidelines.
• Fluency in English; US work authorization; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with contract companies and seasonal staff to maintain Four Seasons standards.
• Resolve guest issues with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests where possible.
• Responsible for payroll processing and adherence to budgeted labor standards.
• Monitor inventory and divisional expenses (uniforms, linens, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, contract services).
• Interview and select staff; supervise, mentor, and evaluate performance; communicate expectations clearly.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to inform on hotel policies and guest service improvements.
