Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is seeking a Guestroom Attendant (On Call) to deliver outstanding service, maintain pristine guest rooms, and support a luxury guest experience in a Forbes 5 Star property.

You will work with a collaborative housekeeping team, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to an environment that values excellence, integrity, and guest satisfaction. The role reports to the Housekeeping Management Team.

The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is looking for a Extra Guestroom Attendant( On Call) who fully embodies our values, shares a passion for excellence, and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. As Guestroom Attendant, you will be accountable for shaping the client experience by providing exceptional service in support of our world-renowned hotel. This position reports to the Housekeeping Management Team.

Essential Functions

• Clean guest rooms and suites following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards.
• Adhere to the established standard of safety, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
• Able to utilize Rex – HotSOS to be advised of assignments and/or any computerized applications.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
• Complete work assignments from the Housekeeping Department as assigned using required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
• Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the service area.
• Offer assistance to any guest in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.
• Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens, etc.
• Prepares assigned rooms for turndown guests.
• Clean and maintain all terraces of the hotel.
• Execute all room attendant duties in occupied rooms, turndown rooms and check-out rooms as assigned.
• Clean and maintain the main guest entrance area and adjacent plaza area including but not limited to removal of cigarette butts, trash, snow, leaves etc.
• Comply with any additional requests that may arise pertaining to Housekeeping duties.

Non-essential Functions

• Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.
• Report any items found in check-out units to Security and Housekeeping, adhering to the Lost and Found policy.
• Remove room service trollies, plates, glassware, etc. from guest floors/units.
• Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the area of House Attendant.

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Education: Some Schooling Preferred
• Experience: Housekeeping experience preferred
• Skills and Abilities: Ability to read and speak English in a clear manner. Must have an eye for detail.
