Overview

The Kingston Resorts is a 145‑acre oceanfront resort on the north‑end of Myrtle Beach. It houses the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms.

Job Details

This is a full‑time seasonal Concierge position at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort. PM shift required. Holidays, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, recommendations, and booking services for guest inquiries (directions, outlet hours, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour/event tickets, restaurant reservations, medical care).
• Process and deliver messages for guests.
• Retrieve mail, small packages, and facsimiles for guests as requested.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, business, and dining activities inside and outside the hotel for guests.
• Respond to special requests for services (dentists, doctors, childcare, florists, etc.).
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Register VIP guests as needed.
• Promote company marketing programs and distribute printed materials as needed.
