Job summary

The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor (on-call, non-exempt) to oversee guest safety and service during performances. The role primarily covers Myron’s and Troesh Studio Theater, with occasional duties in Reynolds Hall.

You will supervise the on-call Usher team, coordinate with artists and hospitality, and ensure accessibility support is provided to guests with disabilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in guest services/front-of-house.
• Experience supervising, motivating, and training team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor public areas during performances to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise on-call Usher team and coordinate with artists, culinary management, and Security.
• Provide guidance on accessibility services and accommodate guests with disabilities.
• Prepare post-performance reports and ensure documentation is distributed to departments.
