Job summary

Options Residential Inc. seeks a Group Home Supervisor / Designated Coordinator to oversee a Bloomington location and support Rosemount as needed. You will train staff, coordinate resident services, and ensure 245D licensing compliance, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

The role is full-time, hourly, non-exempt, with direct care duties as required by site needs. A valid driver's license and vehicle may be necessary for site coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services or equivalent.
• Associate degree in a field related to human services with two years of experience.
• Diploma in a field related to human services with three years of experience.
• At least 50 hours of human services education/training with four years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for a single program location; may assist other sites during transitions.
• Train, supervise, and support Direct Support Professional staff at the location.
• Coordinate, lead, and evaluate services for individuals served; ensure licensing compliance (245D).
• Oversee operations and compliance for the site; may provide direct care as needed.
