Qualifications

• Able to read instructions and document labor and materials.
• Punctual, dependable, able to work under deadlines and after-hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean common areas according to SOPs and safety standards.
• Perform physical work to maintain assets and common areas.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas regularly.
• Sweep curbs, walkways, parking areas and stairs; keep them clean.
