Job summary

AlmaVia of San Francisco, part of the Elder Care Alliance family, is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Concierge for an on-call, part-time role. You will greet residents and visitors, handle calls, schedule meetings, and deliver high-quality front desk service in a caring community.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year concierge experience, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication skills. CPR may be required; background checks and health screenings apply.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience.
• At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader.
• Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of background check and drug screening; pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public.
• Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned.
• Provides exceptional customer service to our team.
• Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes).
• Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.
• Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
