Job summary

Era Living is hiring a full-time Receptionist at Ida Culver House Broadview Community in North Seattle, WA. The role covers the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift from Wednesday through Sunday and involves answering phones, greeting visitors, and supporting the front desk with clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• 6 months of reception experience preferred.
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, ensures main console is attended at all times, responds to emergencies.
• Greets visitors and residents and guides them appropriately.
• Ensures front desk standards and functions are followed.
• Responds to all emergency situations.
• Completes clerical support duties when assigned.
