Job summary

SSC is seeking an on-call Front Desk Associate to provide attentive, courteous service to guests before arrival and during their stay. Responsibilities include audits, reservations, and reporting discrepancies to management.

Position is not permanent and requires availability for training during weekdays and coverage across all shifts, including early morning, evening, and night hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and Property Management Systems.
• Proven experience as a Front Desk clerk or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Complete Audit Checklist.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Lodge Emergency Procedures.
• Fully understand and operate all relevant aspects of the front desk computer system.
• Ensure prompt delivery of packages, mail, and messages to guests.
• Set up and manage breakfast program, as well as other front office operations.
• Be familiar with and follow emergency procedures to ensure guest safety.
