Job summary

The role involves deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting LMR, Mototrbo, and P25 systems, with on-call duties and 50% travel. You will work with customers, engineers, and sales teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mototrbo, P25 and LMR RF systems or subscriber equipment.
• Strong knowledge of wired/wireless networks (LAN/WAN).
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
• Ability to be on-call and work with customers under pressure.
• Background checks and security clearance eligibility.
• Must reside in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage high-availability LMR communications systems.
• Deploy, optimize, and repair infrastructure, loggers, subscribers, microwaves, servers, and network equipment.
• Provide technical support and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and project teams to resolve alarms and malfunctions.
• Be on-call to support mission-critical public safety systems.
