BearCom is seeking an LMR Field Service Technician to support enterprise-level customers primarily in the United States. The role is travel-intensive, requiring about 80% regional travel, focusing on installing and maintaining Motorola DMR systems and Public Safety DAS.

Ideal candidates will have significant LMR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. BearCom offers competitive pay, quarterly performance bonuses, and a generous travel per diem.

Competenze

• 3+ years of LMR field service experience with Motorola DMR systems.
• Experience in installing and testing DAS/BDA/ERCES systems.
• Ability to read RF system drawings and schematics.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and test Motorola DMR infrastructure.
• Support DAS/BDA systems installation.
• Perform system validation and documentation.
