Chronicle Heritage is seeking Archaeological Field Technicians to support project work out of our Dexter, Michigan office. The role involves assisting the Field Director and Project Team in conducting pedestrian surveys, monitoring, testing, site delineation and recording in Michigan.

Preferred candidates have field school experience, 4+ months of survey work, and willingness to travel. Per diem is provided for out-of-town stays, lodging may be camping or hotel depending on location.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in archaeology, anthropology, or a closely related field.
• Successful completion of an archaeology field school or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• 4+ months of survey fieldwork experience.
• Frequent out-of-town travel, potentially for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
