Job summary

Homeowners Advantage is seeking a maintenance coordination professional in Atlanta to manage service requests, coordinate with the Property Manager, and oversee contractor bids. This role supports on-site operations and serves as a point of escalation for tenant issues.

The candidate will communicate proactively with the Property Manager, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to team objectives and improvements. A focus on quality and customer service is essential.

• HVAC or pool certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance service requests and prioritize with Property Manager.
• Work with Building Maintenance Lead on deliverables and bandwidth issues.
• Collect bids from contractors and 3rd party providers and ensure quality of work.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Serve as escalation point for tenants/residents and communicate with Property Manager on issues.
• Meet with Property Manager for follow-up on outstanding service tickets.
• Contribute to leadership and people development by delivering on objectives and exceeding performance metrics.
