Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist contractors during maintenance, construction, and operation activities.
• Ensure work complies with contract terms, safety, and company rules.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and assist with snow removal, storm cleanup, lawn maintenance, and inventory.
• Procure quality parts and materials cost-effectively.
• Maintain inspection records and submit reports.
