Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance on HVAC and building systems.
• Repair, install and operate electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and staff; ensure safety and codes compliance.
• Maintain documentation and reports; assist in inventory and housekeeping.
• Be available for on-call support and possible overtime or travel.
