Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to and execute work orders in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot repairs and determine required tools.
• Perform general repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• Inspect work by contractors and vendors.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Move between sites with a personal vehicle as needed.
• Ensure vacancies are move-in ready.
