Job summary

Community Holdings is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs across plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical, and general maintenance for our properties. You will respond to work orders, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent upkeep of buildings, grounds, and amenities.

This on-site role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to travel between sites, and at least two years of hands-on maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance/handyman role.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel between worksites.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and execute work orders as directed by building management.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine repairs and communicate necessary tools or services.
• Perform general repairs (drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing) and fix building fixtures.
• Inspect work by contractors and vendors.
• Maintain curb appeal and routine upkeep of buildings, amenities, and grounds.
• Rake, sweep, mow, and maintain lawn as needed.
• Prepare units to be move-in ready and rent-ready.

Minimum Qualification

• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel between work locations.
