Job summary

Capstone Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation and repair at Rideout Village. You will be on-call 24/7 for emergencies and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks to keep the community in top condition.

The role requires supervising a maintenance team, coordinating contractors, completing inspections, and ensuring safety compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interview, hire, train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or facilities management preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, renovation and repair across the facility.
• Be on-call for emergencies 24/7.
• Supervise maintenance team (Assistant, Technician, Groundskeeper, Housekeeper).
• Monitor quality of workmanship and timely responses to requests.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors and inspect completed work.
