Job summary

Join MGM Resorts as an on-call Food & Beverage Steward at Park MGM in Las Vegas, where you’ll support culinary teams by washing and sanitizing dishes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and ensuring compliance with health standards.

We’re looking for reliable team players with basic dishwashing experience, ability to operate typical stewarding equipment, and good English communication. Enjoy employee meals, wellness programs, and discounts across hospitality venues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in stewarding or a similar role, or completion of a Culinary Training Academy certification preferred.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Food Handler's Card upon hire.
• Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing and sanitation duties using a three (3)-compartment sink or dish/pot machines and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and stewarding areas, surfaces, floors, equipment.
• Handle operational tasks including garbage removal, linen inventory, and transporting items around the property.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards and operate equipment as needed.
