Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking an On-Call Event Setup Houseperson to support our Event Setup team and ensure guest satisfaction. This role collaborates with Event Planning and Services teams to bring event visions to life.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down spaces, maintaining clear communication, and adapting to client requests while able to lift moderate weights. On-call schedule includes AM/PM/overnight shifts; benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Must be able to lift moderate weight and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work AM, PM, overnight shifts, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting spaces with tables, chairs, water, etc.
• Coordinate with event planning teams and clients to meet requirements.
• Follow detailed instructions and adapt to changes as needed.
