Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to students.

Responsibilities

• Provide substitute or call-in dormitory support for students.
• Supervise facilities and coordinate activities as scheduled.
• Maintain logs and accurate CIS entries for shift records.
