WSP USA is expanding its On-Call Emergency Management Recovery Cadre, seeking qualified On-Call Emergency Managers to support disaster recovery operations. This on-call role supports deployments across the United States with short-notice travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience including 1+ years in Emergency Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of Emergency Management principles and techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• FEMA EMI Independent Study - Professional Development Series certification.
• Travel required to client sites; deployment readiness.
• Adhere to code of conduct and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead disaster recovery operations for assigned clients and direct teams.
• Deploy to Emergency Operations Centers or Field Staging Areas to lead recovery on the ground.
• Mentor recovery staff across logistics, cost documentation, and resource management.
• Oversee grant management and funding milestones across projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor during recovery.
