Job summary

ICF is seeking a Disaster Recovery Grant Administrator – Reservist (On-Call) to support recovery programs nationwide. The role involves reviewing documentation, analyzing grant data, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and program-specific requirements.

Travel to client sites and disaster locations is required as needed. Qualified candidates have 3+ years of professional experience, 2+ years in grants/finance, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, insurance, grants management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate project documentation, invoices, procurement records, and supporting materials for eligibility and compliance.
• Analyze grant, financial, insurance, and project-related data to support funding decisions and program delivery.
• Research and apply applicable federal, state, and program-specific regulations, policies, and guidance.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify issues and develop recommendations for resolution.
• Maintain accurate project records, reporting, and data within program management systems.
• Support grant administration, financial reconciliation, and recovery program operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, applicants, and program stakeholders.
• Travel to client and recovery sites, as needed, to support documentation review, project activities, and recovery operations.
