Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair property assets across our communities. You will work with a team to address maintenance requests, perform cleaning and upkeep, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic hand/power tool skills, and willingness to work all shifts, including weekends and on-call emergencies. The position emphasizes safety, documentation via iPad, and collaboration with fellow staff to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class B CDL preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge of hand and power tools and measuring devices.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet; basic water/wastewater knowledge.
• Clear and professional communication; positive team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance problems and complete tasks within defined timing and quality requirements.
• Order and replace doggie stations, liners, and related supplies.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, pool decks, signs, rails, light poles, benches, trash cans.
• Install and repair signs; paint signs and curbs.
• Maintain files/records of work orders using iPad.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment; perform routine equipment maintenance tests.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and 24-hour on-call.
• Ensure safe, clean, and policy-compliant operations.
• Assist with maintenance operations to meet schedules and quality requirements.
• Participate in meetings/work groups to coordinate activities and update knowledge.
