Job summary

Inframark LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Community Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair property assets across our communities. You will respond to maintenance reports, perform tasks in mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry and other trades, and manage work orders using an iPad.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with hand and power tools, Microsoft Office, and basic water/wastewater operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to maintenance reports and completes tasks within defined timing and quality requirements.
• Performs mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry and other general maintenance tasks.
• Orders and replaces doggie stations, liners and related supplies.
• Pressure washes sidewalks, pool decks, signs, rails, lights, benches and trash cans.
• Maintains files and records of work orders using iPad.
• Cleans and maintains tools, conducts routine equipment maintenance tests.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours.
• Ensures safe and clean operations per policies and SOPs.
• Assists with maintenance operations to meet schedules and quality requirements.
• Participates in meetings to align activities and resolve issues.
