Job summary

Inframark Community Management Services seeks a Community Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair property assets within master-planned communities.

You will respond to maintenance requests, perform多-disciplined tasks, and manage supplies while keeping detailed records and using iPad technology. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL is preferred. This on-site role supports a safety-focused, customer-service oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class B CDL preferred).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance problems and complete tasks per timing and quality requirements in mechanics, carpentry, painting, masonry, and general maintenance.
• Order and replace doggie stations, liners, and project supplies.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, pool decks, signs, rails, light poles, benches, and trash cans.
• Install and repair signs; paint curbs and signs.
• Maintain work order files and use iPad for task completion.
