Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair property assets across our communities in Katy, Texas. You will respond to service requests, perform mechanical, carpentry, painting and other general maintenance tasks, and document work orders using an iPad.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License; CDL preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools and basic measuring devices.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet; comfortable with iPad work orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance reports and complete tasks across multiple trades.
• Order and replace supplies for each project.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, pool decks, signs, rails and other surfaces.
• Install and repair signs; paint curbs.
• Maintain and document work orders with an iPad; ensure safety and quality.
• Willing to work all shifts including weekends and on-call.
