Job summary

Inframark, a leading community management services provider in Florida, seeks a Community Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair property assets across master-planned communities. You will respond to maintenance reports, perform mechanical and general upkeep, and document work orders using an iPad.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class B CDL preferred).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance issues and complete tasks across disciplines.
• Maintain and repair property assets; pressure wash and paint as needed.
• Utilize tools and document work orders using an iPad.
• Support on-call coverage, including some weekends and holidays.
