Job summary

Landmark Properties in Philadelphia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s interior and exterior upkeep and to contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance while assisting with daily operations.

The role requires strong communication and basic electrical/plumbing skills; HVAC certification is a plus. Willingness to work weekends or after-hours for emergencies is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills are required.
• HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property’s interior and exterior condition and assist with repairs.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repair tasks for the property.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies and restock as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections.
• Report time and attendance; document safety issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff; foster a positive community.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with turn-overs and emergency calls; weekend coverage.
