Job summary

Landmark Properties Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s interior and exterior upkeep and respond to repairs. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain safety and comfort for residents.

This role requires 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair; weekend and after-hours availability for emergencies; and strong communication with residents and team. HVAC certification preferred and computer literacy helpful.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies; assist with preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance; inspect community daily.
• Assist with organizing and implementing turns; support Maintenance Supervisor.
• Respond to service requests promptly and perform after-hours emergency calls as needed.
• Ensure safety policies, procedures and evacuations are followed.
• Coordinate with residents and staff to foster a positive community.
