Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s maintenance program and preserve the asset's value. You will assist with interior and exterior upkeep and provide friendly, service-driven support to residents and staff.

The role requires 2 years of experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair; HVAC certification is a plus. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and be available for weekends and after-hours emergencies to ensure timely

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs across the property.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies and report shortages.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections of the community.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergencies.
