YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufactured housing communities safe, organized, and well-maintained. You will handle service requests and inspections, interact with residents, and support on-call duties and asset upkeep.

The role requires HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool operation experience, plus OSHA adherence and proficiency with maintenance software and tablets. You'll assist with new home delivery/setup and coordinate with management.

Qualifikationen

• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous home refurbishment or make-ready experience preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool operation experience a plus.
• OSHA certifications or trainings a plus.
• Proficiency with industry software and using electronic devices/tablets.

Aufgaben

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance, work-orders, and home refurbishments.
• Keep the community grounds, common areas, and vacant lots clean and debris-free.
• Complete tasks promptly without compromising safety or quality.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls per on-call schedule.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and resolve them as applicable.
• Organize maintenance facilities, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in new home delivery and setup; report warranty/follow-up work.
• Deliver resident notices as requested by management.
• Participate in team/safety meetings.
• Uphold OSHA standards and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain safe winter road conditions via snow removal and de-icing.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles in compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team, vendors, residents.
• Work safely around pets, service animals, wildlife.
• Additional duties as assigned.
