Northgate Gonzalez Market in Southern California is seeking a maintenance technician to service and repair commercial food processing equipment. This role requires troubleshooting and repairing ice machines, fryers, ovens and related systems, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include installs, calibration, preventative maintenance, travel to job sites, and on-call duties. Proficiency with Verisae and strong communication are valued as part of a collaborative service team.

Formación

• Two years of experience with ice machines and food processing equipment.
• Two-year associate degree in electronic technology preferred or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot complex production equipment failures with direction from supervisor.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and calibrate commercial food/processing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and recommend parts changes.
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with service expeditors to maintain schedule.
• Work on on-call emergency duty nights/weekends on rotating basis.
• Use Verisae to start/close work orders and manage inventory.
