Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain, service, and repair commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration systems, including grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, and reach-in units. The role entails diagnosing issues, updating customers on repair status, and ensuring timely service calls.

Qualified candidates have at least three years of commercial kitchen repair/refrigeration experience, a valid driver’s license, and can pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license with compliant driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts orders and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
