Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a Kitchen Equipment Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment for our client. The role involves CMMS work orders, installing and servicing equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, coolers, and ice machines.

You will read blueprints, comply with safety standards, and mentor junior technicians while coordinating with subcontractors. A valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years commercial kitchen equipment experience preferred.
• Must read blueprints, as-built drawings, and equipment schematics.
• Must be a team player with strong work ethic and customer service mindset.
• Must be computer literate; Certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and some corrective maintenance on kitchen equipment as per CMMS work orders.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, pumps, belts, fans, and related equipment.
• Interprets blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues and plan work.
• Keeps accurate CMMS documentation and enters work orders.
• Escorts subcontractors on site and supports training of other technicians.
