Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is hiring a Service Technician to partner with managers and provide service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment. You will demonstrate mechanical skills and read diagrams to diagnose issues, with bonuses tied to performance.

The role requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1 year in a technical field, plus a valid driver's license. Travel and on-call nights/weekends are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• Willingness to be on emergency on-call rotation including nights/weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Drive income through quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
