Whaley Foodservice, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to provide maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration systems across our Southeast operations. Typical duties include diagnosing and repairing grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, and reach-in cabinets.

You will communicate status updates, manage part orders with branch support and customers, complete service calls accurately, and ensure vehicle and tools meet safety standards.

Competenze

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license with driving record that aligns with safety standards.

Mansioni

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for parts and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet Whaley safety standards.
• Meets on-call requirements.
