Job summary

Responsibilities

• Document entries accurately and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding).
• Monitor residents’ condition and report concerns promptly.
• Support transfers, mobility, and positioning.
• Maintain room readiness and ensure privacy and safety.
