JOURDANTON in is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care for residents as per care plans and supervision directives. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and maintain accurate documentation with a focus on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state law.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and clinical materials.
• Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments, meals, etc., using wristband or photo ID.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Record accurate entries on charts and flow sheets.
