Job summary

Providence St Vincent Medical Center is seeking a Clerical Assistant for an on-call Rehab team. The role covers clinic scheduling and front desk support across the Portland metro area, including Hillsboro, Beaverton, Tigard, West Portland, and Wilsonville.

The position is patient-facing, supporting exceptional patient care and requires basic MS Office skills; preferred are AHA certifications and EPIC experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• AHA HeartSaver or AHA BLS certification upon hire (for some Rehab locations).
• 1 year experience with MS Office Suite or Windows-based software.
• Experience in medical environment OR rehab field OR working with medical terminology.
• Experience with computerized patient scheduling programs.
• Experience with EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Support front desk and clinic operations in a patient-facing clerical role.
• Provide scheduling support across multiple clinics in the Portland metro area.
• Assist with coverage needs due to time off or staff calls.
