Job summary

Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking a Clerical Assistant, On-call, to support the front desk and clinic across Providence NE Rehab in Portland and Gresham Rehab. This role requires a minimum of three days per week availability within 7am-6pm for 8-hour shifts, and a patient-facing position to coordinate scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, familiarity with MS Office, and comfort working in a medical environment with scheduling
