Fogelman is seeking an Experienced Certified Maintenance Technician for The Barrett Apartments in the Kennesaw area. The role requires at least 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.

A valid driver’s license is required. The position offers on-call stipends, benefits, and growth opportunities within a 63-year-old national company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and repairs.
• Make-ready unit completion.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Provide personal tools for tasks.
• Clean work area and equipment.
• Assist in preventive maintenance projects.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Service Director.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response.
• Maintain positive communication with residents and vendors.
• Follow safety policies at all times.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adhere to company policies including Fair Housing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
