Qualifications

• Three years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Experience with property software (Yardi, Entrata, HappyCo).

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and make-ready units as assigned.
• Care for maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Director.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency calls.
• Maintain positive communications with residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Adhere to all safety policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
