Fogelman is hiring a Certified Maintenance Technician for 15Seventy in the Chesterfield area. The role focuses on completing maintenance requests, repairs to the buildings and grounds, and delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, strong skills in plumbing, electrical and appliance repair, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work in a team and possibly on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC certified (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and repairs as assigned.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent resident service and communicate effectively.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency responses.
