Responsibilities

• Maintain operational knowledge of building systems and ensure reliability of assigned properties.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations with prompt communication to the property team.
• Perform general building repairs and preventive maintenance (ceilings, lighting, doors, hardware, utility areas).
• Collaborate with Construction and Property Management teams on projects and budgets.
• Maintain and update records and comply with Granite policies and guidelines.
