Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Related industry experience of 3 to 5 years.
• Licenses and certifications for electrical, mechanical, and safety training preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call rotations.
• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain position knowledge of building systems and lease requirements.
• Perform operational activities to ensure reliability of building systems.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and communicate with the property team.
• Support Construction and Property Management teams during projects.
• Provide on-call coverage as required.
• Maintain and update departmental records.
