Job summary

HeiTech Services is seeking a Casual On-Call Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to support USCIS ASC operations in Morrisville, NC. The role involves collecting biometric data, assisting applicants through the immigration process, and delivering professional service in a government setting.

No prior fingerprinting experience is required as paid training is provided; candidates with customer service or related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued suitability clearance.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright on one's feet for scheduled shift duration.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Verify all who enter the ASC are approved applicants and visitors while ensuring adherence to processes and procedures.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of HeiTech Services and our partner Amentum and on behalf of the United States Government.
• Treat applicants with respect and courtesy as customers of the USCIS ASC.
